What makes HYDROPRO different?

Is Soft Wash safe for my plants?
When properly applied, absolutely! As a precaution, we rinse all plants and vegetation before, during, and after we are done cleaning. Vapor barriers may also be applied for sensitive landscaping. Some yellowing of grass may be expected near downspouts or drip lines but will quickly return. Since our cleaning solutions break down almost immediately after coming into contact with organic compounds, pets, plants, and people would not be affected by its residue after our work is completed. We are trained to protect your plants and property. We take every foreseeable precaution to ensure that your landscaping and personnel property are protected and remain in the same condition or better than when we arrived at your site.
Do you offer a warranty?
Yes! HYDROPRO offers a 3 year limited warranty on roof cleanings. If regrowth occurs within that time period simply contact us for a re-treatment. Warranty certificate documents will be provided once completed.
Payment Methods?
We request payment made in full upon completion of work. We accept cash or check. Unfortunately due to increasing fees we no longer accept cards.
Do I need to be Home? / Prepare for a Cleaning.
Not at all! We can properly clean your home without anyone being home during the time of cleaning. We do ask that you ensure all windows are closed, gates unlocked, and faucets accessible prior to our arrival. Also please turn OFF any exterior lights/ceiling fans. We will move/cover outdoor furniture, sensitive areas, etc. within reason. Please notify us if there are any leaks in doors, windows, etc. so that we may take proper precautions around those areas.
How is Soft Wash different than Pressure Washing?
Soft Washing incorporates special low-pressure nozzles that allow us to safely and effectively clean virtually all of your home without utilizing the high pressure methods typically associated with “pressure washing.” Combined with biodegradable cleaning solutions, our Soft Washing methods remove the biological elements (mold, algae, pollen, dirt, moss) and other stains without damaging surfaces on your home. Not only does the soft washing method clean surfaces, such as your roof, stucco, siding or fence, safely and thoroughly, it also maintains paint and masonry longer and without fear of damage.
Do you offer interior window cleaning?
This is a very popular question. If we are conducting a house wash, we do treat and clean the exterior windows. However, this isn’t a traditional window clean where we come inside and scrub the windows, but the exterior windows themselves will be cleaned of mildew, algae and debris and treated with a commercial grade glass cleaner leaving them ready to be cleaned inside.
Are you licensed and insured?
HYDROPRO carries all proper licenses with the state, training for the solutions we utilize as well as being insured for the work we conduct. This is all in effort to provide YOU with peace of mind, protection, and confidence in choosing us.
Do you offer partial cleanings?
We understand that certain cleaning needs may apply. Such as cleaning only the front visible roof or certain areas to increase the curb appeal of a home. But it is highly recommended to avoid a partial cleaning and treatment. The un-treated sections most likely already have bacteria and algae spores you cannot see. These spores will travel to the treated roof sections and expedite contamination and re-growth. So in short we will work with you to find a proper solution, however we do have a $150 minimum for Soft Wash services.
What happens after you are done?
During the initial process we will note and document any potential issues we see. Things like rot, shingle damage, areas needing paint, drainage issues, leaks, etc. We will make sure you are aware and brief you on our recommendations to address and protect your home. We will return any items or furniture back to their original place and conduct a final walk through. If you had a roof cleaning conducted your warranty paperwork will be provided upon payment. We will re-visit 7-14 days after the initial clean for a post treatment inspection to verify there are no issues or touchups needed. If there are any areas we will retreat them at no charge. You do not need to be present for this. As part of our commitment we will also brief you on ways as well as on the shelf products you can use to extend that HYDROPRO GLO and maintain a fresh clean appearance as long as possible.
