WHAT IS
SOFTWASH?
Soft Wash is a LOW PRESSURE application of formulated detergents that kill algae, mold, mildew, moss, etc. on cantact. This loosens the foothold they have on your property allowing them to be gently rinsed away with standard garden hose like effort. The process dates back decades for cleaning of Industrial, Farm, and Solar equipment and over the last several years has become the modern replacement for conventional pressure washing, and Roof Cleaning.
Pressure washing is just that, HIGH pressure that blasts dirt and growth from a surface. The problem is those same high pressures can chip and peel paint, scar and gouge your surfaces, push water where it isn't supposed to be, and most importantly only push the bacteria and grime away to regrow somewhere else, and fairly quickly.

Soft Wash detergents are lab created to KILL THE INFESTATION, applied with an electric pump, and rinsed away with a water hose taking the dead growth and grime with it, removing the problem all together while leaving a clean sterilized area.
